2019 Crescent Moon Harvest Tasting Notes - Ice Cream Cake

Ground in a Quant grinder but not burned… She’s a ten-layer vanilla cream birthday cake on the nose, all buttercream and sweet yellow cake with a touch of petrol at the finish. Candied Yams and marshmallow cream predominate the mouthfeel of childhood buttercream, ice-cream birthday cake leading into freshly crushed pine needles. Finally the notes of citrus tree sap smeared on the windshield of your car predominate each puff.

Finish
Elongated multi-minute finish that goes on and on, cascading over crushed cedar bark and sea salt slicked stones. She catches your glance with her sweet smoke and suddenly you are head-over-heels in love, directly into the next joint. Luscious! Sophisticated! Not kid’s stuff! Smiles abound! More pertinent than sleepy.
