2019 Crescent Moon Harvest Tasting Notes - Ice Cream Cake

Ground in a Quant grinder but not burned… She’s a ten-layer vanilla cream birthday cake on the nose, all buttercream and sweet yellow cake with a touch of petrol at the finish. There’s a dollop of cast iron pan seared Bing cherries over the top. She’s got plenty of caramelized fruit at the back of the throat after inhalation from the grinder. Instant smiles ensue. Bakeshop layer cake dripping with melted vanilla ice cream but that’s not all. There is a veneer of freshly ground black pepper rolled Bing cherries. Yum.

Appearance
Deep green and purple with brightly delineated orange hairs. She’s a true stunner!

Nose
Sweet cream leading into black pepper and a sour/sweet Belgian Kriek (Cherry) Lambic Ale down the back of the throat in every puff.

Palate
Candied Yams and marshmallow cream predominate the mouthfeel of childhood buttercream, ice-cream birthday cake leading into freshly crushed pine needles. Finally the notes of citrus tree sap smeared on the windshield of your car predominate each puff.

Finish
Elongated multi-minute finish that goes on and on, cascading over crushed cedar bark and sea salt slicked stones. She catches your glance with her sweet smoke and suddenly you are head-over-heels in love, directly into the next joint. Luscious! Sophisticated! Not kid’s stuff! Smiles abound! More pertinent than sleepy.

Out of a Bong
Serendipity (NYC) Frozen Hot Chocolate on the palate, richly textured and beguiling, to say the very least. For those who don’t know Serendipity, think a frozen hot chocolate. That’s right.

The Effect
Intriguing and pertinent. This is cannabis that fools you into thinking that it is just a sweet smoke, when it is anything but just another sweet smoke. There is depth and vision in the stone. It takes you to a place undiscovered within your existence.

This is magical cannabis meant to elevate your humor!
